Suspension setup for NHMS
On July 8th I will be doing my first track day at NHMS. I autocross the car right now but I want to know what adjustmenst to make before hand.
Current setup
1990 Civic, B18C, Nitto NT01
SPSS Koni Full soft front, full stiff rear
700/700 GC
ASR 32mm Road Race RSB set to Full stiff
Should I go softter on the RSB?
Softer or stiffer on the shocks?

Re: Suspension setup for NHMS (b16a1eg6)
If you have any toe out for auto-x, you might want to consider resetting to 0 for the track.
Otherwise, I'd leave the rear ARB alone, and consider running all the shocks at the lowest setting that doesn't leave you underdamped and bouncy. You can adjust the shocks during the day as needed, but without the auto-x transitions, you don't need to run the shocks overly stiff.
