spring rates

I have skunk 2 coilovers but no springs, would like to see what would be best spring rate for my 00 civic si coupe

Are these actual coilovers, or the sleeve coilover type? I'm pretty sure those are made to handle 8k front, 8k rear.

well skunk2 shocks front and back but blue color springs on them

where can I get 8k springs front and back
