This is my first time getting full coilover set for ej2 and i wanted to get opinions on these two thanks

Do more research. There are much better options out there, especially for the money. Take the Koni/GC setup for example; $825 and a lifetime warranty.

Aite thanks so what do you think about the koni yellows with eibach springs see becuase the thing is i have the coilover sleeves and im bouncing everywhere

Please do some reading. Eibach makes the springs for the Ground Control sleeves. And you CANNOT use regular lowering spring on an adjust sleeve.

Just go with a reputable one. Never, ever cheap out on parts. Better to buy quality than quantity. That's definitely one lesson I've learned in life. Progress CSII's or Koni/GC is your best bet (Koni/GC ftw!). If it's a DD, a good, median rate is 350f/350r.

For reasons I don't want to get into, Progress coilovers should primarily be thought of as non-adjustable, because the actual useable range (at typical rates) is very low. If you want a lot of adjustability go with Koni/GC or the like. But if you are happy with a ~1.5" drop Progress coilovers are very good.
This is the ride height you'll get from Progress, +/- 0.5" or so.
