Progress Series II Coilovers - 98 Civic Hatch
Im running a bone stock b18c engine in my 98 civic hatch and I need help on choosing the right spring rate for the Progress Series II Coilovers. I was thinking 450/350 but i want to know what you guys think would be best for me.

well im far from a suspension expert, but i do have those cs2's. it really depends on what you want and the roads you drive on. my situation - i went with 350f/500r. i like the 500 rear its a bit stiff but not horrid (my other civic is a drag car with 1000lb rears). i feel the front end dives down a bit on real hard turns with the 350. if i did it again i might go with something a bit stiffer up front.
overall i like them a lot. im sure others will chime in with better advice

OP did you know they are a vender here. In the original post of there for sale thread it explains the spring setups. Also replacement springs aren't overly expensive if you want something stiffer later on.

350/350 was nice on my gsr eh2 but I bumped the rear up to 450 (springs were 90 shipped from what I remember ) with adding turbo setup, front is a little soft due to added weight so I will be bumping front upto 450 as well. My hatch is built for scca smf but does awesome on streets.

All depends on what you are doing with the car? any auto-x, track, etc? Or just street?
I just did 430lb front & 340lb rear, Koni/Ground control coilover package and it feels nice and almost daily-drivable, but mind you i've only put about 80 miles on it so far and already needing to go stiffer in the rear.
