would the 3mm spacer behind the rotor work with stock calipers?

For those interested, I'm offering hub spacer (similar to Spoons hub spacer) that help alleviate this problem for people using 90-01 Integra or 99-00 Civic Si knuckles (aka ABS knuckles).
Sorry civic knuckle users, I don't offer a hub spacer for ya'll.

Granted if you have stock brakes I would imagine something is broken or otherwise wrong.

Mine was because I have upgraded brakes. My understanding is this can happen with 4-lug systems with brake upgrades. The 5-lug (like ITR) don't suffer from this. So if someone is looking for a brake upgrade they might want to keep this in mind.

'98 EX coupe
- Fortune Auto 500 coilovers
- 11.1" Prelude rotors
- ITR calipers
- Buddy Club Roll Center Adjusters
- Skunk2 Pro camber kit (only did this because the a-arms needed to be replaced)
- New stock tie rods

Here's what mine looked like and it might give people a bit of an idea what this looks like when it happens.

We tried raising the car back up. Didn't help. In fact, the photo above was taken when the car was riding at damn near stock ride height. I was told to raise the car up, that the car was too low. Then I shocked them by showing how the car wasn't low in the least bit.

In fact, I had this problem, though not nearly as bad, when the car had the brake job, but stock struts and S-Techs.

Camber wasn't all stupid either. Everything was beautiful... except I was still having this problem.

As you can see in the photo the ball joint and the rotor were almost making contact all the time.

My solution was to get Spoon Sports 3mm wheel spacers from RHD Japan. Never had a problem since those have been installed. They're not expensive either.

Here's the rotor when I took it off btw.

And how low was I really?

I recently lowered my 94 ex coupe on sportiness/yellows, and was planning to invest in J's racing RCAs and the Poorman's ITR brake upgrade this summer. I came across this thread before I even knew I would have a conflict! I am running/plan to run GSR blades (15x6), and I know this fits the ITR BBK, but would the 3mm spacer affect the fitment in anyway? what wheels were you running? Thanks!
