Lightspeed is an older name in Honda tuner parts and i honestly don't know if they are still around. They were one of the first Honda tuner parts suppliers in the US. I had their springs and torsion bars and sway bars on a first gen CRX and one of their headers on a second gen for many, many years and it was perfectly good stuff.

I had a Lightspeed header for my Civic too, back then, only two turners in the market... Jackson Racing and Lightspeed. Oh, King's was around with Mugen too, but I couldn't afford a $500+ header and $900+ catback at that time.
I'd agree Lightspeed made some good stuffs.

I had a lightspeed kit on my 86 crx si. It consisted of a over/ under sway bar set up ( basically 2 identical front sway bars - the stock sway bar and a identical one with mounts to put it under the k frame tied together with double ended links on the control arm, larger diameter torsion bars, rear sway bar and mounts and shorter rear springs with a higher spring rate. The kit had tokico adjustable lumina shocks all the way around. The trick was getting the torsion bars at the right height for the corner weights or it would oversteer. Thing was amazing with yokohama a 008R's and upgraded brake shoes.
