Default Koni question

Sorry guys, not enough time to search. Hoping for a quick answer here. I had Tokico Blues paired with Eibach Sportline springs on my EG civic. I just picked up a pair of Koni yellows for the front just to get me by for a few weeks til I get a full set of Koni's. My front tokicos were blown and I can't afford the whole set of Koni's yet so I got this used pair for $75.

My question is, is that I got one tokico pulled and I layed it next to the Koni. The strut perch is about an inch and a half lower on the koni than the tokico.

Will this affect the ride height, or does the spring effect the ride height?

My car's low as it is, I can't afford it to go much lower since I'm running such wide tires. Don't want to tuck the wheels.

Quick answers appreciated!

Post pictures. The Koni has multiple circlip grooves to adjust the height of the spring perch; the center circlip groove will place the perch exactly at the same height as a stock damper. Are you sure you have the right dampers for your car?
