I guess the most popular and the cheapest way to get a BBK is using RL's calipers and 350z's brembo rotors. Plenty of info all around. I'm doing the same thing and people here are very helpful, just look around. If you want to keep your 19" OEM wheels, you'll have to use wheel adapters. About 15mm at the front and 20mm at the rear to be more or less flush all around. I don't like the idea, but I want to keep OEM rims for my winter setup.

I'd say it's a budget project - all depends on the money you'll spend on parts. It can close at about 600$ but you can end up cheaper. As for the rear, check out fastbrakes.com for the newest accord rear brake kit. You swap your caliper brackets and pads with integra ones and get their adapter kit. They use honda pilot rear rotors. Gonna do the same. Have fun.
