I am just wondering if anyone can tell me I am thinking about using a set of Tein S-techs lowering springs on my EK Hatch I am just wondering if you can tell me if they give you a good drop and is the wheels going to be tucked. Also if someone can post pics with the Tein S-Techs lowering drop.

You definately won't be tucking tire. Most people will think you're still at stock height.
It's a ~1.6" drop, you won't tuck tire until 2.5"+
