ground control, which one??
im looking at GC springs for a '00 civic dx hatch and they have like 4 different kinds. regular, drag racing, motor swap, and road racing. what is the diference between them all, i know for the drag and road race spring you can get them in any rate you want, but they also say if your unsure of what rate you want, give them a brief description and they will choose a rate for you, how does that work? and whats the rates for just the regular springs, are they more performance oriented or daily/spirited driving, and whats the difference for the motor swaped springs, just higher rates int he front for the extra weight?

Just give them a call and they will give you advice as to what rates are best for you. It really all depends on how you drive, if you're using your car for drag racing, autox, tracks, or just daily driving. It also depends on how strong your back is because the stiffer you go the harsher the ride.
If you call them they will be able to give better advice.
