dragging rear brake 1991 honda prelude
I can hear one f the rear wheels what sounds like a dragging caliper pad, it runs in time with the wheels turning as though something is touching as it goes around checking the handbrake or pressing the foot brake doesn't stop it, could it be a bearing r a caliper NT returning etc
