Default Compliance Bushing Question

I'm changing the front bushings on a '01 Integra this weekend but the compliance bushings I ordered are on back order. Once the car is put together, will it be possible to replace just the compliance bushings without removing the lower control arms?

I took a look under my car and I can remove the 3 bolts and 1 nut holding each bushing in its place but it looks like it'll be a very tight squeeze to pull them off with everything else still bolted tight.

It is doable with them with them in the car. You will just need to wiggle the control arm down enough to slip the bushing out.

Im guessing you might need to drop the sway bar bushing/bracket also. From the video I saw on youtube it looks like the rear nut holding the compliance bushing is on fairly tight.

Please update if you do end up replacing it without dropping the control arms. I'm still sitting on my mugen compliance bushings to install still. Are your compliance bushings looking worn? Mine looked fine and didnt have any cracks so I skipped it for the time being

The 3 19mm bolts could be loosened with everything on my car but the nut was too tight and the space is so small, there's no way I could produce enough torque to move it. Once I remove the entire arm, I'll loosen the nut so in the future it won't be a problem.

The plan was to get the car fixed this weekend but the passenger side axle nut is seized so I'll be taking it to a shop to loosen it with an impact gun sometime this week.

I haven't inspected the compliance bushings but since all the other bushings are shot, I'm assuming it's the same case for them. I'll update this thread whenever those bushings arrive.

That nut gave me hell the first time I took mine off.
