Brake Expert Scam?
I ordered a big brake kit from brakeexpert and the guy hasn't delivered my calipers. Been sketchy since I sent him the money. Anybody know how to contact the guy? Been waiting well over 2 months with him being fully paid. Moderators help me out here. The guy is well known somebody needs to tell him I want my money back or my parts shipped. Grown tired of waiting.

Re: Brake Expert Scam?
I have never dealt with him but doing a google search (or even looking in the sales feedback/vouch forum on this website) you would see that he does not have a very good track record.

Re: Brake Expert Scam?
Yeah this guy is a total ******* scam artist. He has not sent my parts after many messages saying he has sent them. I've requested my money back and he will not pay. I blame myself for not doing enough research on the guy before buying. But you would think a guy that has his name and thread very popular on a friendly forum would be a good business practice. Lesson learned. **** me right?

From what I understand, he will eventually come through. I don't know why he keeps pulling this **** though, every few months to years the same **** happens. He lags for months on people while avoiding their messages and calls. If I'm not mistaken, most people did eventually end up getting their parts, albeit many months later, and sometimes people are down a car while waiting, it's completely unacceptable, I agree.

100% do not do business with this guy, horrible experience, I have another thread. We all need to get him banned, quite frankly. I already messaged one of the moderators (received no reply). But seriously I feel really bad for any additional people getting screwed! This is supposed to be a supportive community!! So sorry to hear that guys.

Re: Brake Expert Scam?
I've been waiting for well over 2 months for parts. I've had nothing but excuses and been told multiple times that parts have been shipped and lost in shipping. At this point I don't even want the kit in fear that it doesn't work with my car after he told me it would. Is there anyone that can make some moves and get me some help?

I don't believe this should be deleted, although he came through which is good. People should know the risk they are taking when doing business with him. I have nothing against the guy, but I have seen these post more than once over the years.

Re: Brake Expert Scam?
While I have dealt with BrakeExpert many years ago with ease, a more recent transaction a couple years ago did take longer than expected and was more shady of a deal with contact issues.

Re: Brake Expert Scam?
Because though I screwed up and it took longer than expected to ship, you did get your parts, I squared up and sent ya some extras with it, so you did get your parts, therefore I didn't 'scam' anyone out of their money by not delivering. Mods, delete thread.
