Let's stick to the bushings.

Yes, ANY changs - specifically the lengthened rear LCAs to the one piece EM1/EK9 to the front UCA are all improvements over the EG chassis.

Do you guys know if it's possible to buy the PIC/Suja1 bushings piecemeal? I'm overhauling my whole suspension system on my EF soon, and some of the components (i.e. Front UCAs/LCA's, rear LCAs) are already new and don't need bushings. Can I just select and buy toe/RTA/component bushings separately?

Unlikely, unless you worked out a deal with PIC directly to buy overstock or something. If you want to go piece-by-piece Hardrace might be a better bet. I think they sell bushings individually. Or you could go full-JDM and get Mugen.

Buying it piecemeal, even buying less pieces, will probably be more expensive than buying the complete kit.

That said, the "new" bushings if they're old fashioned rubber should probably be replaced with the hard rubber anyway. I wouldn't half-*** it.

Thanks fellas.

Libertariat, your response is noted. My last resort was to just buy the whole package anyway, so I guess that's what I'll do.

By the way, the rear LCAs are Blackworks, which are already outfitted with hard rubber bushings. I'm sure I can sell the unused PIC ones.

I would highly recommend buying the whole kit.
IF you bought the Hardrace bushing separate, you will end up spending $70+ more.

The last I checked the PIC bushings were actually a bit cheaper then the Hardrace to start with.

A guy on team-integra bought the PIC kit for his ITR and it was ****. Quality of the parts were low, customer service was worse, and a lot of bushings were either too small or too big. I highly recommend the Hardreace kit. Much better quality an worth every penny. You get what you pay for in the end.

That was the opposite experience I had. The tolerances were good, bushings pressed in well, and the customer service was fantastic. I made a mistake during install and they sent me two replacement bushings completely gratis. I only asked for one but they sent a second just in case.

Things change but I'd need to see a few more bad experiences before I stop recommending them.

I had a pic performance set on my 91 sedan. Loved every second of it. Great company and will buy a set for my EG.

Did you all use the Schley tool to remove the RTA bushings or is there another method?

I used a shop press. You can also use a BFH (big f***ing hammer) although it can really dent the collar. They can easily be hammered back in. The RTA bushings are the "easiest" to remove/install by a long shot.

Nice, just ordered a set from PIC. I purchased a 20ton press from Harbor Freight when I found out my local shops charge $15 per bushing and $50 per front wheel bearing. I already did the wheel bearings. Should be fun, I'm excited to feel the results.
