36mm Jdm ITR 5 lug with your D Series
I know there's various threads about this , but for me I couldn't really find a direct answer for this . So I'm posting this with the hope i can help some one looking asking about this set up From my experience (there can still be other ways of doing this ) I had a great affordable axle builder customize a pair of oem D series axles The builder changed the outer Cv joints into 36mm (28 spline count ) while still maintaining the exact same compressed length, I belive he used accord parts . * both brand new axles ran me about $240 exactly -below is the all the information you need in order to get in contact with the builder 8713 Ditmas ave, Brooklyn Ny 11236 Phone Number (718)8212963 Ps . Just explain what you need and they should quickly be able to help |

It’s really easy to change outer joints, fyi. Throw the axle in a bench vise, get yourself a large brass hammer, and just beat the outer joint off of the axle. The replacement one just gets tapped back on. You can find yourself some donor axles and replace the boots, or you can find brand new 28 spline outer joints on the internet. Good luck. |
