Default 1995 EG Si rear disc swap

Need some help guys. I'm swapping EG rear trailing arms to my Ek3 for rear disc (I have drums). The pistons are rusted. I was wondering if to buy new callipers while at it or just buy new pistons... can't seem to find a rebuild kit with pistons included except for in the UK. I can't afford to spend too much at the moment cuz many other things I need for the build.

Do these replace OEM callipers and bolt on without the bigger rotors?

Edit: The Fronts are $400 while the rears are $520. I was thinking of getting the callipers for now and change the rotors later (only if Wilwood will give major improvement. These aftermarkets are not too different in price:

I'm not sure about the wildwood calipers, but honestly I would just buy new calipers, unless the calipers you already have are still in great condition minus the pistons. When I did my rear disk swap, the parts I had laying around from a 93 integra sat too long, calipers were frozen, I just went to autozone and two spanking new calipers was like $140 or something out the door with core.

Okay. I'm leaning towards new callipers. Hope someone can speak for Wilwood vs the OEM replacements. Thanks!
