Default Need New Mexico Vehicle emissions testing info

I may be living in new mexico sometime soon and I want to know if New mexico has mandatory Vehicle emissions testing or not. Specifically I would be living in Otero County if I get stationed there. I hope not because my stock catalytic died on me a while ago and I threw it away and replaced it with just a "test pipe" and mini cat to fool the O2 sensor down there. Thanx

no emission testing in Alamogordo, aka Holloman AFB

no looking under the hood no nothing out in town

go to the dmv with insurance and pay the $$ and your good to go on the new sticker

out in town you pretty much just need a head light, tail light and seat belts

when I was their I saw people running around with open headers on old trucks off base,
on base is alittle bit different, but sfs wont look under your hood
