I am moving to arizona next month.

How big is it? Doens't seem like there are too many meets in AZ.

The scene is BIG. But, there are not many cars driving around east of phoenix.

i moved to pheonix area from illinois, the car scene is pretty big if you ask me but i hope your moving to a house with a garage or have a good alarm on your car or you might as well kiss your car or your valuable parts good bye also all of the car scene for arizona is on azht.net just check that page out

yah, especially on the west side. Mesa, tempe, gilbert and chandler are nicer imo.

I'm here from the Northwest as well, going to school at UA. Didn't bring my car this year, but hopefully next year I will. The weather is perfect to drive it year round!

i have a couple friends that used to live in pheonix, they say the car scene is pretty big. but i mean, what can you expect with a bunch of flat roads haha. i need to get ac installed before i go, heat might kill me.

this is the funniest thing I've read alllll day! You obviously haven't been to Arizona. Everytime I'm visiting the cheapest piece of shit car I see is a cleanly modded SRT4. I see Skylines, Supra's. Ferrari's, Lambo's. Honda's are done up right. Arizona's car scene is awesome! I've hardly seen any sort of rice or junk out in Arizona unless its a girl car and thats how she bought it. But even then I've seen girls driving around in high HP DSM's and Evo's and shit. Honda Accords that look completely stock but with Turbo H22's under the hood!

I cannot wait to move to Arizona. In the mean time, a few honda guys and myself are going on a little trip throughout arizona. Gonna go hiking to Havasupai, drive along through the scenic area's such as the small mountain road from Flagstaff to Sedona. Gonna chill in Phx for some car fun :D

There are BUCKETS everywhere in this ****ing state. This is a state where people see primered EF hatchbacks with no dents and say "clean ride man!" Turbo H22's.....ROFL.

I've never seen one nice car in Cali.... Well besides a Delorean at a dealership that looks to be the same as from the movie "Transformers" lol... And all the times I've been To Phx I continuously see insane nice cars. I wouldn't touch cali with a 10ft pole. Only good that comes from Cali is the mountains. Never seen a primered car in Phx. and I'm in Phx alot for raves and I used to go to the NASCAR Races. So I dunno!

I have to agree with you usdm420 arizona is terrible on the import scene if you ask me I been living in this state over 15 years & its VERY rare to see a nice decent honda or nissan California is where everything gets popping in another words Cali FTMW :thumbup:

west side of phoenix has lots more racers driving around, and more thieves, make sure you have a alarm, autolock and chip.
