Im sure one could. if setup properly a forced induction car can be just as reliable as a NA car. Most turbo cars are setup for drag racing where they dont have to worry about that because after each run they have time to cool down. if they invested in a good oil cooler and good tune they wouldnt have a problem on the track.
Plus turbos make cool noises

That's my intention...with water temps less than 200 f and air temps less than 120 f. Crazy huh?! Well damnit I'm gonna do it!!

anyone know about advancing cams and or timing?
from what i was told earlier today you can move a tooth on the cam and advance the timing a few degrees in utah because cars are made to run at sea level and we're 3600 feet above...
