Its good information, but let me tell you a cop can come up with any excuse for probable cause to search your car. Thats what make it such a grey area. The judge will believe his word over yours in the court of law if you take it that far. Its just a fact and that's why I hate cops. It's too bad cops get such a bad name by a few who think of themselves as Gods.

wow funny thing i got pullerd over about an hour ago (its almost 3am now), before watching this video

I was in my car, i was about to make a right, and saw a cop car in my rear view mirror. so i turn the signal and made the turn, after a while the cops put his lights on me. so i pulled over. rolled the windows (all the way down, unlike stated in the vid) and the cop ask me, why do u think i pulled u over? i reply, i dont know. then he said u should have that plate in ur bumper ( i had my front license plate in my left dashboard, didnt like the look on my bumper with it) and he also said I was speeding (yes i was, i would say i was going 55-60 on a 35, i was playing with the radio and didnt pay attention to the speed) so afterwards i said oh sorry i didnt know. then he ask for my license (only license, no registration) and went to his car. after few minutes, he came back ok im going to give u a warning, have the plates fix and slow down.

call me lucky but somehow i had a feeling i wasnt gona get a ticket...

i was scared if he wanted to open my car hood, my motor legal and stuff but after all those stories and videos about import car got me a little paranoid.

I Went on a ride along yesterday with the local police, he showed me the Book for Vehicle Codes. That shit was thicker than the Bible. If you get pulled 1. don't be a dick or a smart ass, 2. be respectful. if a police officer wants to he will pull you over and cite you for anything from tinted widows to no mudflaps, brkn windshield, bald tires, no front lic plate. the list goes on http://images.honda-tech.com/set1//smile/emcrook.gif

Yeah like I said above in my post, three of my uncles are cops, they tell me a police officer can pull you over for anything and they can justify it with all of these BS codes.

And if ANYTHING is suspicious in your car and is visible that gives them right to search the car. What crap I say, but what are you going to do? Your word versus a police officers in court. I wonder who the judge will beleive... https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emsad.gif
