Default San Diego gas station brand "Exxon" dissapearing

Hey guys. I work for New West Petroleum who own all the San Diego Exxon's and I just found out some interesting news. Apparently with gas prices so high and credit card fees taking all the profit, New West decided to sell all 32 sites and focus on other businesses other than selling retail gas. So far its just rumors from inside managers saying we were bought out by the family that owns Big Daddy Oil company and Terribles Casino and and also that this company is also going to buy all the Arco's and Thrifty's nationwide. The plan is to make one big company and lower the prices so competitive that it will cause Shell, Valero, and Chevron to go out of business. I dont know about you guys but even though i work for New West Exxon (while it's still called that), I still plan on buying Chevron or Shell gasoline for the cleaning fuel agents no matter how cheap this new company starts to charge. Even though it is unconfirmed who bought us we are definitely being sold by July 22, 2008 without "branding requirements or supply."

This is just a heads up on whats going on in case you wonder happened to Exxon in San Diego. It will take at least 2 months for escrow to complete and branding to change. For all I know the gas stations are gonna be called Terribles gas station or Big Daddy's gas. Hopefully not but ya...

Oh last thing which isn't so secret. ExxonMobil is getting out of retail gas completely and is going to stay only a refinery and producer. You can find dozens of stories of this already by doing a search in Google though.

Any thoughts questions welcome to post.

Cliffs:
New West being bought by Big Oil
gas prices going down
new gas monopoly trying to start
