NEED HELP W/ WIRING will PAY$$ LONG BEACH

i have oem fog lights installed on my 05 em2 civic and i would like them to be wired to my parking lights instead of my headlights, so that they come on when my parking light are on and then stay on when my headlights are on. if you know how to do this and live around LA, please let me know and i'll pay you to do it.
