need help with the floor jack in so-cal area!!!
okay just to to make it short, got this floor jack from a friend and been told that it need to change the hydraulic fluid and fasten the bolt. then it should be fine!!! done all of that and dont seem like the jack will hold anything at all!! i mean when i try to jack something it wont even move up or down at all????? so are there a place to fix it? and i did the search on the web and most of them will point u the hydraulic place.so i just want to know if anyof u got a place that fix it close by 626 or818 area ? and i know that for maybe like $50 i can get a new one. but i just want to fix this one cause it really light and it for most lower carso please help me find a shop thanks

is there different types of Hydraulic fluids?
kragen, autozone.....40.00 jack with stands.

not sure are they different, but the one i got it from autozone it like 4 or 5 bucks a quart, and yet i knew new one it only 40 -50 but dont like those new one i like the old one that why i try to repair it but if i cant then no choice to throw it away
