Help finding a mechanic.

hello, I am in need of finding a good mechanic for my 94 DX.
I live in the Bakersfield,ca area.
if you happen to know of a trustworthy shop please tell me.
The oil pan needs to be replaced. I have watched some videos of this process on Utube and I feel that it's a job that's a bit beyond my circumstances.
My oil pan was damaged from an idiot working at my local pepboys unfortunately I can't prove this as I did not think I needed to photograph and document the before condition of my car for a simple oil change.
please if you know of some good folks in Bakersfield,ca I could use the recommendation.

This is tech. We help you actually fix things. If you just want someone to point you to a mechanic, go to the regional subforums, or pick up the yellow pages.

Well if you can do a tune up I can say you can do a oil pan, but I see you do take it in for oil changes, eh. Do what ^^^ said

Any mechanic can handle that, you just either allow them to provide a part, or get the part you need PLUS oil.

Where I live the apt complex does not allow any automotive repairs to be done on there property. I said there were circumstances preventing me from attempting this myself.
