Getting Civic BAR'd legal?
Good morning everyone! It's been awhile since I've gone on here. So recently, I seen a 1997 Civic EX with a B16A2(00 SI) swap for sale looks clean for $3,500. I'm sure I would be able to negotiate the price to factor in the expenses for a BAR process. Based upon the photos and specs, it has an AEM Carb legal intake, aftermarket exhaust manifold and muffler, these seem to be the only mods done. I have a few questions for those who are experience with this.
1- Is getting a BAR'd vehicle still as difficult as of 2019, and do they still pass vehicles?
2- The B16A2 is already a USDM motor, what else does it need to pass the inspection?
3- Is it even worth buying the car and going through the BAR process?
I appreciate anyones input on the this! Thanks guys!

Thing that's gonna suck the most is the 99-00 civics have different fuel tanks and EVAP system, so to pass you'd need all that to swap and wire in.
