Here It Is!!! After a LOT of planning and communicating with various people, the 2011 Tri-City Meet has been officially set! Junior40er has pretty much passed the torch to me on this one, so lets make him proud.

For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about or didn't attend 2010's Tri-City meet, let me explain. All of SoCal as well as people that make the drive from NorCal and other states come together here in Southern California for a full day's worth of meets, cruises, photoshoots and food. It's a great way to see a lot of cars all in one spot, meet new people and hopefully come out of this with new friends.

For all the first-timers, Last year's meet was pretty successful, although we did have a few problems (A couple of accidents, people getting lost, etc.). We're hoping to avoid that this year. Last year we had over 150 cars attend, and most of the people followed the rules. This year, we're hoping for an even bigger turnout, with hopefully no problems.

Here's how it's gonna go down:

As always, people need to follow the rules...

* No Street Racing
* No Drifting
* No **** Talking
* No reaching into other peoples cars (you WILL get beat the %$&@ down)
* No Hitting V-TEC/excessive revving
* No Speeding
* Follow Traffic Laws at ALL times!!!!!!



Remember...

* We don't want to get into any trouble - Let's show that we CAN follow rules.
* When we are on the freeway stay to the right 2 lanes to allow traffic to move.
* Do not use carpool lane; not everyone will have a passenger.
* Stay with your group
* ALL Violators will be noted and reported if it comes down to that!

Let's make this a huge success and double up the roster from last year guys. You guys are welcome to inform other forums, but please let me know, that way I know which forums are attending.

This tradition started with the original photoshoot and cruise back in 2006 and in 08 we have been doing it consecutive under Tri-City Meet here in SoCal. There are a million meets out here in socal every year but rarely is there an organized meet where we meet once a year to stop to at least three places to eat, photoshoot and enjoy the drives in between. Nowadays, my job is very demanding to do all the organizing but I get help from dedicated people who see this as an imprtant part of our annual traditions and will help keep this alive. Open to all Makes, not just Hondas. Bring your Toyotas, Acuras, Chevys or and even exotics.
We strive to make these meets fun and safe. So we do enforce proper behavior and check in with local police departments to avoid any unexpected crackdowns. Just act responsibly and you will have one of the best car meets you will attend to.
