Default GA: 96 Midori Civic EK Hatch

Hello viewers,

I have for sale a 1996 Civic EK Hatch in the original Midori Green color. The rarest and best looking one out there. I bought this from a guy in South Carolina a few months ago just like it is now except for the hood. I wanted to make this my daily driver to replace my Integra Sedan automatic. Unfortunately, we're expecting our second child so I have neither the time or the money now to get it how I wanted it. All I'm really looking to do is get back what I bought it for only 3 months ago.

Details:

Clear GA title
Original Midori EK Civic Hatchback CX
B18b1 LS swap from a 98 Integra with around 160k miles
16in. Enkei Jspeed 3 with Falken Azenis
Black Integra Front and Rear seats
Factory Integra Exhaust
Integra Rear disc conversion
Battery Relocated to trunk
Seibon CF hood
Unknown CF Rear Spoiler
Pioneer Deck and wiring ready for Sub
Aftermarket Black Headlights
99+ OEM Tail light swap
A/C and Heat works really well
No P/S or Cruise Control
Unknown Springs and Shocks

Issues I've come across so far:

Throwout bearing needs to be replaced
Usual leaks around the distributor and Valve cover (just needs new gaskets)
CEL is on due to the EVAP system not currently installed
Airbag light is on. Passenger side needs to be reinstalled (have it)
Tear in driver seat

Call or Text Tommy @ 337 802 6206
Located in East GA 15 minutes from SC line.

Need to get $4500 for this.
Will come down on price without wheels and hood.

Will trade for clean DB Integra. MUST be 5 speed.

On with the pictures:

Bump. Nice car.

What kind of gas mileage does it get with the LS in there?

Not exactly sure since I haven't driven that much to figure it out. My 4dr auto integra gets about 30mpg highway so I'd assume it would be more then that. ~32-35 maybe?

how far are you from Columbus, MS? also what needs to be reinstalled for the evap codes? and is the bearing just a lil noisy? would you be interested in trading for a 2008 Suzuki SV650SF?
