D16Z6 head, S40 transmission, EK mini-me conversion

I have a '98 EX 5-speed S40 transmission with 85k miles for sale, it was opened to replace the input shaft seal and inspect the internals. I am open to OBD1 and OBD2 B-series parts trades only!
All prices are OBO and do NOT include shipping!
Here is a part by part price breakdown:
'98 EX 5-speed transmission S40 (85k miles, w/ complete OEM Honda seal set) $275
Rywire GSR VTEC conversion subharness for factory '96-'00 Civic CX, DX, LX engine wiring harness (works for any VTEC head conversion / VTEC engine swap) $50
'99-'00 Civic EX 5-speed ECU (37820-P2P-A12) $65
I am willing to sell the entire VTEC conversion as a kit for $400
The B-series parts I need:
Stock GSR intake manifold
Header
VTEC valve cover
CV axles w/ half shaft
Shift linkages
5 speed starter
OBD2 alternator
VTEC solenoid
Crank pulley
P72 oil pan
OBD2 GSR distributor

I have a bunch of parts for sale to do almost a complete VTEC mini-me conversion on a '96-'00 Civic CX, DX, LX. I also have a '98 EX 5-speed S40 transmission with 85k miles for sale, it was opened to replace the input shaft seal and inspect the internals. I would have done this conversion but I came across a sweet deal on a GSR swap so I need the cash to finish it. The pictures of the head are from the person who I bought it from, I do not have any recent pictures of the head because its currently getting a valve job and cleaned. The only parts you would need are a 5 speed throttle body and a knock sensor. I am open to OBD1 and OBD2 B-series parts trades only!

jw if you still have the ECU and the rywire harness...I have a 96 dx with a z16z6, dx harness and ecu, you think what you have will work?
