[QUOTE=DoubleEx;40947960]well let me know if you want them done correctly we have a press and everything to do them with.. im also pretty sure there isnt any difference between the intega knuckle and the civic si knuckle other then a few minor details.. so you would save alot more money just repressing a bearings back in.. lol the right way

No prob. I think the Keystone idea is a good one as the newer style is going to be a bit harder to find around here.

Integra brakes are 10.2 and i can get them in barter which is even greater.

Re: The Real Charleston, SC Area Thread
I picked up the 05 Scion tC today for the girl. The car is very clean inside and out, and will make a perfect car for her. To those who know my situation, I know... I know... Time will tell what the cards hold in the future, but for now this is something I had to do as it was important to me to ensure she had a reliable, safe, and nice car. I got it for a steal too, so I cannot complain there.
As a side note the black teg and I are not getting along! lol The clutch wouldn't disengage all of the sudden yesterday. Bled some of the crap out and it works fine again, but for some reason the starter decided it doesn't want to be nice and turn the flywheel, so I'll be replacing that this weekend if I have some free time. I'm about to tear into this thing and fix all the quirks that are pissing me off since a lot of things were ghetto in my opinion. It should be a nice car for someone though after the Billy treatment.

DOOO it! I've been through my share of B series starters. There is place on Rivers behind the battery store close to the old Sam's, that can sell you contacts for the starter rather than spending $$ on starter

Re: The Real Charleston, SC Area Thread
someone needs to come pick up this small bearing d-series stick trans I have in my garage before I tear it apart and sell the pieces on ebay...
$50, I'm sick of tripping over it in the garage.
also, if anyone has any dsm friends...I've got a 91 gsx 5-sp (no transfercase) and rear lsd diff sitting in my garage as well that I trip over all the time. $50/$30 for those.
help save my toes!!

Re: The Real Charleston, SC Area Thread
I already have another starter sitting around in the garage. The one in the car spins, but I think the gear on it is stripped or something because it doesn't engage the clutch and spin the flywheel when kicking on.
