bolt on's......i don't even have those....I'm willing to bet my sedan will be full. Last meet Columbia's DOHC squad had 3/3 cars out of comission.

it's a few years old miniDV JVC cam.. 500 lines of resolution, everything i've done with it has been pretty good, just lemme know what format you guys need i could probably burn all my footage to a DVD and send it to you..

What are the "checkpoints?" My girlfriend lives in Asheville and I could be there to meet you chuckleheads at a checkpoint and grab some food, but I'm not going to the "meet".

MAIN THREAD FOR THE MEET

Alright folks, here's the layout for the Journey, if you would like to participate/join in, please let me know by posting here. I'll keep a tab of how many people are showing at each checkpoint, so as not to lose anyone. Also, I'd like anyone who has any ideas on checkpoint locations, to PLEASE CHIME IN. I do not know the entire trip 100%, so it's not as if I know all the available park & rides, or decent places to pick up travelers.

PLEASE NOTE: I know that this looks like a little bit rough, but with this long of a journey, I think it's fairly accurate. I also know that not everyone will be able to pit stop at the same mileage, so feel free to drop off when necessary. I set it with 3 checkpoints for a reason. It gives a chance for those with more thirsty engines, a chance to catch breath and keep up. Once again, please throw ideas that are worth noting, at me. I'm up for suggestion.

Doesn't much matter. Is this a stop and eat thing or is everybody is a big hurry? I'm not real interested in driving to Asheville for the weekend to see you guys for 10 minutes.
