93 del sol is this worth 3k?
 

ive been looking for a del sol for weeks even had alex humble performance looking for one for myself found one but am a lil unsure of the price its a 93 motor has 15k is a b16a and has some kind of rims on it, 2nd question do you think i could slam it and paint for less then 2k?

Ive owned 2 del sols....a Captiva Blue with an LS swap..lots of hacked work..bought it for 2300 w/ a turbo kit...sold it for 2500...bought a mint...mint 97 Del sol Si for 3k w/ a single V...honestly its worth as much as people are willing to pay. But for 3k a swapped del sol doesn't sound too bad, as long as it isn't hacked (broken parts,cut wires, crappy tires, lots of rust) id say 3k isn't too bad....as far as getting it dropped and painted for 2k, it all depends on the paint job, my GSR has a 4k paintjob...and the Del sol has a 2k paint job...you can tell the difference but honestly a 1500-2500ish paint job is just fine..so if u go with a good body shop that can do it for 1200-1500 ish you can have 600-700ish left over for sum entry level coils
