my boy was work in cross county mall in yonkers. when he came out about 2 hours later. ya should know the rest his 98 ITR was gone .Some peolpe say they saw two guys in the car when the alarm when off but the peolpe though it was there car. i feel bad for my man becuase i have a ITR too and i would cry if that would happen to me.

I do feel sorry for your friend but that was just asking for trouble.
Basically any shopping mall in the US is a car theifs heaven.

Hopfully he had a tracking device like lojack ...

i dont know what he was think lol but i just feel sorry for the kid.he had 2 clubs ,i cut off swith and alarm. lately i have even been driveing mine cuz of the snow and the thives.

 

 

Anybody ever thought if leaving their R in the very very very back on the parking lot, and just waiting in a suburban with tinted windows for some c00ks to try to steal it...pop out and CAPTURE the criminals. Just repeat the process until cr00ks are scared to try and steal them.

Try that stunt in NY and it will be the last thing you ever do. You'll see ITR seats with light blood stains for sale on thepartstrader.com about 10 days later. It would be funny to do that in TX though, since down there you can protect your property w/ deadly force. Shoot first, ask questions later .

i park my car in the mall.......but i do take up two parking spaces by parking at an angle so i get no dings ............. never had a prob......concourse plaza....nyack....and cross county .............i do go sparingly

 

One of these days a totally pissed off H-T member is going to catch a th33v3 getting into their R and kill them I swear...

JN who is sure a thief ** would be in the hospital for many days and still emerge unrecognizable if he cought him trying to take his Arrr.

 

Sorry bout the loss of the car... Every one of these posts makes me appreciate my car even more. When I go to the mall here, I will drive the parking lot for an hour if I have to. We have a state trooper that hangs out at Dillard's in the shoe department waiting for shoplifter calls. He parks his car in a "Law Enforcement Officer Only" parking space right in front of the store. I park right next to him. And use the 3 other security methods I have. I'm still paranoid though. I get in, get what I need and run out of the mall

Just fair warning to all the people that say they would F up a thief if you saw them in your car. Unless theres a few of your friends with you, i wouldn't try anything stupid. Most thieves aren't by themselves, and some of them are armed in some way. Best bet is calling the cops, and or figuring out a way to catch them i.e. getting the plate of the car they came in or even following them. Of course if your with a group of 5 friends, i say kick his ***!!!
