Ok so my car drives, and it has driven perfectly fine, came home last night no issues. Woke up this morning to go to work, and could not turn left. Turns right completely fine no issues no noises no nothing, but it won't turn left. It stops right at the center. Took tires off and nothing seems out of like, tie rods are looking great and alignment has been done not that long ago. The car has about 38k miles on it so idk if this should be happening at this point in time

does that apply to the SI? I had seen that as well but wasnt sure what to do about it anyways. Had a mechanic come by to look at it and he says its the locking pin in the steering column? Says i have to buy the whole assembly now
