battery warning light
This morning my warning light came on. when i turn my blower motor off the warning light goes off also. wondering if anyone has any ideas on what it could be? switch, resistor, or blower motor itself. The first time this happened the fan was running about half as it should have been.

Re: battery warning light
The indicator light with the battery symbol is the charging system indicator. The alternator may be faulty. First check the condition of the battery and alternator cables, wires, and connections. Also see if the alternator belt is loose.
Many parts stores can test the charging system.

Re: battery warning light
There can be different reason why the fans slowed; but, lower power will make the motor run slower. Similar as headlights flickering when alternator starts to fail. In the same context, no power, no motor running. It may lead to that...
