Default 2000 Accord V6 Possible Vacuum leak?

Hi, my honda starts close to 2000rpm and slowly shoots up near 3000rpm. After about a minute or two it goes down below 1000 rpm. At this point it feels like it almost wants to stall out, but the engine revs itself up to keep going. I'm getting the code P0131 (o2 low voltage), but I think it might be a vacuum leak.

Background:

It started with a check engine light which gave me the code for a bad bank 1 sensor 1 O2, which I then replaced. After driving for about a week, another code which I believe was P0402 or insufficient EGR flow. I then looked up a few tutorials on how to clean the intake manifold and the area around it with carb cleaner. Put everything back to my knowledge, and then test drove. After about 2-3 miles the check engine light came on again for the current code that I have now (P0131).

I couldn't find any detailed info on the current problem that I have or how to really find a vacuum leak in a 2000 honda accord v6. I tried doing the carb method of finding a leak, but since I have about a minute to find such a thing. I can't be too sure if that I'm actually finding the leak or just the set amount of time has passed.

Are u sure that u tried carb cleaner right?
point is to spray all the hoses and all places near intake where can be air, once rpm will go higher - there's a leak

Went back over it again and could not find any cracks or misplaced hoses. After resetting the ecu, the car started up like normal.

The CEL (P0131 o2 low voltage) came on about 2 minutes in while idling. After waiting 10 minutes I turned the car off and then back on with no problems. It wasn't until I turned the car on later that the issue above start to happen again. So I thought to focus on the CEL.

Is it possible I could have damaged my air intake sensor on the manifold using carb cleaner? I just replaced the o2 (Denso btw) a week prior to egr port cleaning.
