I have just bought at 2017 Jazz EX with 16 inch wheels. It comes with a tyre repair kit, but I would like to get a spare wheel to replace this. However I can find no information anywhere on if a full size spare will fit in the wheel shaped void under the boot or if it will only fit a compact/space saver wheel. Has anyone tested if a full size spare will fit by trying to actually put one in there?

You can always take some measurements with a tape measure and go from there. If all else fails, put your car on jackstands, remove one wheel and see if it fits.
