Part identification help

Anyone know what these two black strips are on top of this hatch? I’m going to look at it tomorrow but I can’t find any info about what they are, rarity, or if they’re even OEM or not. Any help is appreciated!

cant really see that well from the picture
but it looks like there the roof rack peaces from the civic wagon

Looks like it might have been. Went to take a look at it and I see markings of the cross bars. Oh well, I would’ve loved to have grabbed it if it was complete.
