94 Accord Cranks but won't start (Getting Spark & Fuel)

94 Accord Cranks but won't start (Getting Spark & Fuel) SOLVED!!! :)
THE VEHICLE:
JDM 94 Honda Accord (RHD). F22B SOHC VTEC ENGINE (OBD1).
Car has been parked for a few years and hasn't been driven since. Was driving before it was parked.
THE PROBLEM:
Car cranks but won't start.
WHAT I'VE DONE SO FAR:
1.Replaced the spark plugs and checked for spark from all four. I got spark on all four.
2. Checked fuel relay and pump and it does turn on when ignition is on.
3. Removed fuel rail bolt and checked fuel pressure. I didn't use any gauge but It seems to be normal. Fuel was spraying out when pump was turned on.
4. Checked for injector pulse. Checked both positive and negative connectors. Everything checked out good.
5. Checked resistance on all injectors. All where in spec.
6. Used Starter fluid through the intake pipe. Still did not start.
7. Checked timing on the crank and camshaft. It's all good.
My next thing i will check is compression. Will do that when i get the tool. But I don't think the compression is bad.
ANY SUGGESTIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS OR OTHER THINGS TO CHECK WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS
EDIT
SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM:
So after conducting many tests and checks with the fuel and ignition systems on the car this is what we found.
1. The service manual I was using is USDM and the car is JDM, so for some weird reason the firing order on the JDM F22B is different from the USDM F22B. Hence the car wasn't starting when I sprayed starting fluid into the intake.(Because the spark would have been in the wrong timing)
2. The fuel injectors was stuck due to how long it hadn't been used. We gently tapped it with a screw driver to free them up while tumbling and it finally started on its on.

Mechanical timing is good, spark is good, fuel is good.. All that's left here is compression...
edit.. maybe bad gas? Plug wires in the proper location?

1. There is fresh fuel in the tank and I also replaced the fuel filter. Its less than quarter tank filled but i think it is sufficient. I will full more fuel and see if that helps.
2. Yes I checked the plug wires and they are in the right location.
I haven't checked the compression yet.
I do however feel it may be a problem with the distributor. I have a feeling that it maybe the tdc/cyp/ckp sensors in the dizzy. It probably isn't giving the correct reading hence not getting spark at the correct time. I will change the dizzy and see if it works.

THE DISTRIBUTOR TO THE LEFT IS FIRING ORDER FROM THE SERVICE MANUAL,
TO THE RIGHT (CIRCLE IN RED) IS HOW I DID THE FIRING ORDER AND IT WORKED.

The F22B VTEC (F22B1) and F22B Non VTEC (F22B2) use different distributor orientation, they are 180* off from one another. That is why your engine was not running. You used the ignition wiring diagram for a Non VTEC F22B(2)
