Default Air fuel not reading / running dangerously lean

i have an all motor b18 in an EK hatch. Everything was fine until I tried changing my exhaust and long story short I had to put the original back on and the sensor sat at 14.8. I replced the sensor and now it reads 14.8 with key on or if I start it and it will richen up a little to about 13 and then go full lean. It’s AEM and worked fine before all this. The car feels alright and hondata is reading .91 at idle and doesn’t move. Once in a while the aem will go to maybe 17.6 or so. But no matter what it stays very lean. My fuel pressure is at about 42 when idling if that helps

Is it like this even when driving, or JUST at idle? Check everything, EVERYTHING before the o2. Make sure there is no chance of a leak before. I've dealt with this issue twice now and both times, leak before o2. If not, check your wideband wiring. Something may be grounding out somewhere.
