Lugnuts won't fit XXR 531
Purchased a set of XXR 531 16x8 +20mm for my offset. The wheel looks great but i'm extremely not pleased with how the wheel was made. They made the wholes for the lugnuts to go in very small. I don't want anyone responding to this thread with "tuner lugs", already bought BWR extended lugnuts and they didn't fit. If you've had these rims before please tell me what type of lugnuts you used. or i'm going to be forced to return these wheels.

Well then buddy you better return either the wheels or the lugs. Also it's not really XXR's fault for not accommodating to these types of lug nuts, you're ideally supposed to get the lugs AFTER you have the wheel so you know what fits.
I had Blox acorn type lug nuts that I intended to use with my XXR's. The base was too fat to fit in the hole, so I resold the lugnuts on eBay and bought a set of tuner (ball seat) lugs.

Maybe take the wheels down to a discount tire or equivalent, they should have different lug sets on hand they can try til you find one that fits.

XXR doesn't make a set of wheels utilizing a ball-type lug nut seat, just so you're aware. They utilize a tapered lug nut seat (often called "Acorn"). Running a ball-type lug nut actually is rather unsafe, since there's very little engagement in between the lug nut and the wheel. However, I've never seen a tuner-style lug nut with a ball-type seat. So, maybe you miss-spoke?

^Which are identical to the typical "tuner" lugs you see in most auto stores I believe. I thought it was a ball seat, looking at the pictures again though and your chart I'm thinking it's still an acorn base, just not as wide...

Typically, a "Tuner" style lug nut uses an adapter/key to install. Like these: http://www.ebay.com/p/16-Alloy-Steel....c100005.m1851
