initially no, i ran those times on a stk p72 and also jdm p30. stock limiter and didnt idle like stock until the aem ems, i used dynomaths and ran slightly better timeslips with a worse cam setup, got it all sorted out with way more power everywhere but never did go back to the track.
no idea of whp, id guess at 200 or so. datalogging and dynomaths good enough for me. besides, most peoples dyno plots up here in vancouver B.C. read high by like 15-25%

daily driving and drag racing is fine
road racing this will not work....i cracked sleeves on 3 b20s with stock parts at 84.25 with stock bottomend pistons out of the hole 15thou for mad compression...

something doesnt seem right. i mean not to be rude or anything but there are people with VERY similar setups making 240hp, so what is the difference?

his hp sounds good for the engine, its just over 10:1 with gsr cams. prolly didnt need the itb's, retainers and the 3" exh to do that but whatever.

Re: post ur all-motor stock sleeves b20vtec builds (JERK ONE)
well i am pretty sure the cams are killing me and it is running really rich, it needs to be re-tuned really bad just through it on the dyno to see what it would do because i have a a good hook up. and i just switched the exhaust and lost 30 whp all the way across the board. i installed a 60mm rsr exmag because i couldn't stand the thermal, now it sounds awsome but need it tunned even more but i belive i will get about 15 to 20hp out of retuning it so it would put me back to 200 which is perfect for my daily driver.
Show me some dyno graphs with the list of mods, because it seems hard to get 240whp on gsr cams. because i want to install cams and pistons but don't want to sleeve my block

i wasnt talking about your block specifically yours in fact your whp seems right<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by mxpx035 »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">well i am pretty sure the cams are killing me and it is running really rich, it needs to be re-tuned really bad just through it on the dyno to see what it would do because i have a a good hook up. and i just switched the exhaust and lost 30 whp all the way across the board. i installed a 60mm rsr exmag because i couldn't stand the thermal, now it sounds awsome but need it tunned even more but i belive i will get about 15 to 20hp out of retuning it so it would put me back to 200 which is perfect for my daily driver.

Re: post ur all-motor stock sleeves b20vtec builds (KINGSOL18)
I have a b20vtec setup in my hatch.
b20z block, completely stock
b16a head with ctr cams and gears set to 0,0
skunk2 IM
b16 throttle body
3" shortram intake
ebay header, stock cat, apexi n1 catback
basically stock b20zvtec with ctr cams and boltons, street tuned with uberdata
ran it recently at the track, 93 hatch + interior
bfg g-force t/a drag radials 205/50/15
best time ;
R/T : .192
60' : 2.086
330 : 5.666
1/8 : 8.605
mph: 84.23
1000: 11.103
1/4: 13.233
mph: 105.77
Overall I am satisfied with what I ran, for a pretty much stock b20vtec, but I really just want to get that 12 second timeslip. Does anyone think its possible with maybe a better 60 foot and trying a few other things? Another thing is this was done with a LS tranny. I know people always say to get gsr or b16 but doesnt the LS have the same 1,2,3 gears? What would be the best transmission for me to get? Thanks
