Witz Replica Bride Seats
Got these seats about 3 weeks ago. Put them in last week and after sitting in them there was an issue with the cloth not being long enough. Below is a pic of what it looks like after I sit in them.
So I contacted them to see if I could exchange it for a new one. I would pay for shipping and that is fine but they said I should try pulling up the cloth and use some spray adhesive to get it to stick. I told them the cloth is too short and adhesive would not work as when I press down on the cloth to make contact with the foam it comes back down. Here is as far up as I could pull it and have the cloth make contact with the foam.
Still too short. I sent them a video and that is the last I heard from them today. This is with one of the two seats I purchased so it looks like this one may be defective. Just be aware that if you get something defective they will give you the run around. I tried to communicate with them before posting this but they have serious customer service issues.
Oh, they tell me I may have to drill holes in the brackets AFTER I buy the seats.
