I am not sure what has been posted about Phil or myself since I just found this thread surprisingly. The content of the original post has been edited when I came across this.

The situation has been taken care of professionally and as prompt as possible. In the end, the customer has received a full refund and my company has went out of our way and expenses to make sure the refund was made.

I have been a long time member of this community and have been in this industry and business longer than most people on this board. If anyone needs a vouch for my business practices, I'm sure I can get you reputable responses if needed.

I would appreciate if this thread can be removed/deleted by moderators with consent of the original poster, which I believe has requested this to be done so. Thank you.

Collin at inspire is a stand up dude and is always easy to deal with in my opinions
