and it is actually called POS. If you know anything about the POS it is that they are absolutely terrible about updated their tracking stuff. A good chunk of people have ordered stuff off him on the EK Official parts thread and all got their stuff. I have a couple of things that should be on the way...ill have to update on that later.

a lot of the times their delivery is impeccable, but nowadays, since theyve been updating their system, ive had a lot of things get lost, locally or foreign...
but i always deliver, n this is the 1st time things have gotten out of hand.

I wouldn't be blaming him if...
a) he would have quoted me the correct time frame
b) he didn't tell me he sent the seats when he really didn't.
so now i sit here with tracking #'s that don't work and no seats yet he has my money and has put me behind as far my timeline goes.

i really sent out the seats, but as u can see now, only time will tell. (when u really receive the front seats)
if im a scammer would i even ship the rear seats?
i couldve shipped some pillows, and let u wait for a couple of months, and be gone wt all of your (n other buyers money_) and be gone with it. instead im trying to do damage control, and give assurances to you.

sometimes **** happens. to be honest, i've dealt a lot wt danny and all my transactions went good.
all i can say is that just wait for the seats, as they will eventually show up, as ive faced similar situations before here on h-t/hondamarketplace.

Why you would purchase such large items from halfway across the world AND accept 1-3 MONTH shipping time, is beyond me. Sounds like he's done everything he can; it isn't really his fault that parcel service messed up. Your griping won't help your seats show up any faster, although I feel your pain, but it does no good to call him a scammer when he has shipped part of your purchase. If anything, it probably pisses him off and makes him not want to help you further.

Why you would purchase such large items from halfway across the world AND accept 1-3 MONTH shipping time, is beyond me. Sounds like he's done everything he can; it isn't really his fault that parcel service messed up. Your griping won't help your seats show up any faster, although I feel your pain, but it does no good to call him a scammer when he has shipped part of your purchase. As for the parcel service it is his fault as it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item purchased arrives on the sellers door step. Furthermore there is a lot of backstory to this I've been finding out but haven't posted about but trust me alot of shady things in fact have been happening.
I haven't heard from danny in a couple of days so i may just bring all of this to light in an effort to further prove that under the circumstances this situation in fact had a lot to do with danny's lack of responsibility to ensure the seats arrived at my door.

Hopefully everything works out man! I bought some intersection lights from him and trust me the shipping takes forever, almost 3 months, and my tracking number didn't work the entire time they were in transit so I know what it feels like. Hope you get your seats! I was really close to buying those also lol

So I received this email from Danny this morning...
the numbers should surface in the few days. they are being sent out, and im working doubly hard so that they can pass through, as there are also some other parts that got held with the seats
smh. at this point as much as I'd like to believe him it's definitely one of those things i'll believe when I see them.
