no he didnt, he also didnt say the sleeves were sunk and the deck was warped or that it was decked .050" already and needs a lot more to get it flat.

local pickups only bro unless there they gotta stupid rep like there obama or something. ppl especially honda guys are hurting and alot of dirty mf are either going out stealing cars or selling bad parts online. and most of these guys have bad credit and or have an checking account that's always in overdraft so its **** to them for paypal to go after them.
i rather spend 3hrs on the road for a $50 part rather than take a chance with have these clowns. ppl gotta understand money come from trees but dont grow on them and you be suprised what ppl will do for $525, **** even $10 where im from.

yea if i was you you id keep it local if u cant physically see it..i kinda agree with the seller,its a used item,ur buying as is,as a shopper you didnt really do your homework ina way..same as if u buy a used car,u buy at your own discretion...but also as the seller he should come to some sort of agreement and maybe refund u half ur $...just my .02,thast why i dont **** with hondas anymore

take the block, drive to his address, throw the block into his car (rear window or maybe into a pillar). Sale complete.

I guessing op got his money back since he said he would remove his name if he did. If not this thread is pointless because nobody knows his name or paypal addy and he could be on here with a new screen name and back to doing people wrong. Blacksi76 is just a screen name.
