I'm waiting to see what my lawyer says..I want to tear down the motor to see what else might be wrong but I don't want to to touch anything else because the visual proof is there aside from the fact that piston is obviously bad..cylinder wall most likely scored and I still don't even know what the head will look like once its off..the second I sent radaone1! A pic of the bent valves he completely cut off all contact

Oh dude, you bought it in person? That motor should be going through his front door. Get some toothpaste, make it look like you're foaming at the mouth, take off your shirt and use some makeup to tone up your abs and scream through his window that you're rabid and you'll chew his limbs off.

look through my texts from him from before i bought the motor..claimed he compression tested the motor before and all cylinders were good.. its wierd how i sent him a pic of the bent valves and then he dissappears.. my lawyer will be talking to chelsea police today

First let me say sorry to hear you got ripped of by such a butt hole.
It sounds like you might have a criminal case of Theft by deception and if you do the cops can't do anything but charge him,it will take time but you should get your money back in the end.

Its was a Spanish guy..he obviously knows what he did because he's not even trying to defend himself and is hiding every way he can..I mean come on an hour after I send a pic of the bent valve his phone is no longer in service and he signed on here twice that day and didn't respond to my PM's..for some reason I can't see when his last activity is anymore?
