Default Hmotorsports.com (*NOT* Hmotorsonline.com) SCAMMERS

First off, I wasn't 100% sure where to put this so mode feel free to move it if you feel it is necessary.

I ordered this "Spoon RE" lip in carbon fiber for my 98 Civic from hmotorsports.com yesterday:

http://www.hmotorsports.com/carbon_fiber_parts.html

Now on their site it says to contact them to let them know if you wish to receive a 96-98 lip or a 99-00. When I went to email them at [email protected] the email was bounced back to me saying:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

[email protected]

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 <[email protected]> No such user here (state 14).
I tried calling them after this but the phone number is not working as the automated voice says "this call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again..."

I then tried filling out the quote form on their site but that failed as well.

My payment (through Paypal) went through for the amount of $229.00USD. I am a little worried that I cannot contact the company. Has anyone ordered from here recently? I searched earlier and found a few threads but they were at least a few years old.

Thanks man, I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous. I've bought tons of parts online and this is the first time this has happened haha.

I'll try to keep the thread updated if I can.

Still no word from them, tried calling again and emailing. I'll give them the rest of the week to get back to me before thinking of my next step.

Still no word from them, starting to get pretty nervous. Looked online and they already charged me $229 for the lip so I know theyre still open since they are accepting payments.

Anyone have any advice on how I should proceed? Too early to open a dispute with Paypal?

Wait a few more days, then file with paypal. Make sure you file a claim, and don't cancel it until you have money or product in hand.

Yeah I decided I'll give them another week to at least get into contact with me. I will be filing a Paypal claim on 6 APR 2012. I'll keep you guys updated with any info that I get until then.

I ordered from them a couple months ago. Emailed them as soon as I placed my order and after like 4 days they finally replied and said the item was out of stock. After a round of more slow responses I finally worked out an item that was in stock. I did finally receive the item.
Funny thing is I actually tried to email them last night (before I saw this thread) because I need something else and it looks like there email is no longer in service?.. Sucks but I am not going to order from them now seeing that I cant even contact them.

I'll give them until Wednesday to get my lip to me. I have ordered hundreds of things online and this was the first time I have came across anything like this.

Paypal dispute was closed on Sunday April 15, 2012 at 11:32am.

Says it might take up to 30 days for the refund to appear so I will be updating this thread one last time when the refund appears on my statement. I thought it was odd that the seller did not communicate with me at all during the dispute process, but almost immediately refunded the money?

Does anyone know a reputable place I can buy a CF Spoon replica lip??
