when your talkin about hundreds to thousands i agree with what your sayin its diffrent tho we are talkin a couple hundred bucks for a car to be running right. your paying for his labor, material and knowledge bro but then again he lowballed himself and but its what ever he shud of asked him more than once about the price as well

If he told me $350 in the first place I would have paid it. But if you go and tell someone a price then jack it up when its finished I call bs. Anyone would get mad.

If you read everything we actually agreed on $265. His labor+materials+shipping

so he should have asked and confirmed the price? when you go to target and you're about to pay do you sit there and say, "my total is 23.87 exactly? are you positive?"

this is similar to what happened with me at power pros. you can't jack the price up when you've already done the work.. you stick to your price and even if you spend more in parts/labor, count it as a loss. im siding with pineapple purely for the fact that clipsed could have sent him a text and said, "hey, its going to cost a bit more because (insert reason here).. are you still interested in having it done?"
