This Mugen radiator cap is the Mugen B2 radiator cap which fits many aftermarket radiators and has been long discontinued. It is extremely difficult to find in this condition with original Mugen packaging. The Mugen radiator cap from RHDJAPAN is still available, but has a different fitment than the B2.

The B2 cap fitment is made to fit : Honda Civic/CRX 88-91, Prelude 92-96, Integra 90-93, NSX 90-05
The other Mugen radiator cap is made to fit just about every other Honda model DENSO radiator besides the ones listed above..
