I talked to him and he said he doesn't have the seats and he is going to me my money back because he closed the account and had a check sent to him with my money so he said i have to wait 1-2 weeks to get the money. So i will wait. but until then the info i have will be put to use if i don't get the money.

Yes that is tru.. but i called paypal and they said once you close the account it will take 1-2 weeks for paypal to SEND payment to address.

I do have all of his information up to date. When i sent him the money thru paypal he had the account closed and paypal sent him my $400 by check, so i have to wait 1-2 weeks until he recieves it to refund it to me. Well.. looks like im not going to get my money back... kid told me about 4 days ago that he is going to give a tracking number that day.. and never got back to me. I already have the next week off work to go down there with 2 of my friends that want to come along to get my money back. I will let you know how it goes.
